Graduate in the year of 2019, with great interest and passion. Wei Sheng has immediately thrown himself into the field of Construction Dispute Resolution, assisted his master in high profile cases and deal with top-tier law firm in the industry.

With over 7 years of experience in the field, he was exposed to vast areas of construction disputes. He has handled voluminous Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA”) proceeding whereby he has successfully assisted his clients to recover the oustanding sum in the construction contract.

Wei Sheng has gained his experience for the arbitration proceeding by not only assisting and participating in the arbitration proceedings against well-known developer in Selangor, but has also represented the developer to defend the arbitration against the main-contractor for the claim sum up to RM10 million.

During his years of practice, he has also handled numerous Extension of Time Claim for the Contractors and assisted the contractors in claiming the Extension of Time successfully and saved up to RM100 million worth of Liquidated Ascertained Damages for his client as the listed construction company for their projects in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
