Litigation Lawyer (Construction)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Litigation Lawyer with experience or a strong interest in construction and infrastructure disputes. The successful candidate will be involved in handling a broad range of contentious matters, including adjudication proceedings, arbitration, court litigation, and advisory work relating to construction projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners, develop advocacy skills, and gain exposure to complex and high-value disputes within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
  • 1–2 years post-qualification experience in litigation (construction experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters effectively
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to professional excellence

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad spectrum of conveyancing matters, including sub-sale and developer transactions, financing documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, tenancy agreements, and related property matters.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, financial institutions, developers, and government authorities while developing expertise in property law and conveyancing practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
  • 1–3 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing practice
  • Familiarity with property transactions, financing documentation, and land office procedures
  • Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hokkien and Bahasa Malaysia

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in advising clients, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and attending court proceedings and client meetings where required.

This position provides excellent exposure to a diverse range of legal matters and offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

We are looking for a pro-active Legal Conveyancing Clerk to join our team. The role involves assisting lawyers in managing conveyancing transactions, preparing legal documentation, liaising with clients and financial institutions, and ensuring the timely completion of files.

Requirements:

  • Experience in conveyancing matters preferred
  • Familiarity with property and loan documentations
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Bahasa Malaysia

Remuneration Package

Basic Salary & Allowances

We offer a competitive basic salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Monthly allowances include transport, medical, and professional development claims.

Legal Associate

RM4,500 + bonus
Subject to performance

Year 1 of PQE

Legal Associate

RM5,000 + bonus
Subject to performance

Year 2 – 3 of PQE

Senior Associate

RM6,000 + bonus
Subject to performance

To be assessed by the firm’s partners

Principal Associate

RM7,500 + profit sharing

To be assessed by the firm’s partners

Performance Incentives

Our lawyers are rewarded based on performance and business development contributions. Annual bonuses and fee-sharing arrangements are available for senior associates and partners.
