Adjudicator’s expenses are not included in the calculator.
Please note that for any fees totalling to an odd number, it will be adjusted by RM0.01 to enable equal cost sharing between the Parties.
The fees for the services of an adjudicator in Part I of the Schedule shall exclude all taxes as may be imposed by the Government on such fees.
