She brings a multidisciplinary background shaped by experience in legal, financial, and technology sectors, having worked at leading multinational institutions and an international bank.

Her professional journey includes regional contract management across Asia, with a strong focus on negotiating and reviewing high-value commercial agreements in the Greater China region. Charlotte also served in a bank’s anti-money laundering (AML) team, where she developed expertise in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and due diligence processes in the financial services industry.

Charlotte supports the corporate and commercial practice, particularly in matters involving cross-border transactions, technology, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Her diverse industry experience enables her to offer clients practical, business-focused legal solutions with a strong grasp of operational realities and regional sensitivities.
