Partner (Head of Conveyancing)

A graduate of Aberystwyth University, Wales, she began her legal journey as an intern at Ganesh & Co and completed her pupillage under the guidance of Mr. Yae at Yae, Seng Wai & Partners.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018. After her pupillage, she commenced her legal practice at Cecil Abraham & Partners, initially as a paralegal and thereafter as a legal associate in litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.

She later joined Wilson Leong & Co as a legal associate, where she continued to expand her expertise in construction and in particular conveyancing area where she represented various top tier developer and financial institution for properties in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur area.

She has significant experience in conveyancing and real estate matters, particularly in handling A-Z transactions involving the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Her work encompasses advising clients on matters relating to sale and purchase agreements, title transfer, strata management related issues and compliance with the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act.

Her vast experience also includes representing individual, foreign citizen and corporate clients in sub-sale transaction, loan documentation for conventional and islamic financing, refinancing matters, and discharge of charge. She also represents financial institutions, developers and companies in a range of property financing transactions, including bridging loans and development financing.

In addition, she also has experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating tenancy and lease agreements. She also provides for family arrangement and estate planning related issues in particular application for grant of probate and will writing.
